I've always felt Tyrone can be beaten, but it's a bit mad to go from them as big favourites to now being written off in the space of one game! Cork look like they could push on from last year come summer

In his article with Tom Humphreys after last years final, JACK o Connor rated Cork as the second best team in Ireland. I dont think he was behaving in a bit of mickodwyerism

Tyrone had similar moments of weariness in the past and still won two All Irelands.....it's quite possible they had a week of hard training etc....trust me, they will be grand and still motoring come the business end of the season.

Ops, I forgot, you can't get a straight answer from a Kerryman. I'll have to wait for Rashers to log on to tell me how much they will beat us by.

You must be delighted Rashers. Hope you'll be able to give me a good report. Glad I didn't risk life and limb to get there.

Tyrone with 2 defeats in a row now. will this have them in big trouble for the new structure next year?? not really sure. top 4 from 1A and 1B will make up new div1 is it?
Cork are screwed if this is the case, especially with good league teams like Donegal and Mayo still going strong.

Things dont look right in the tyrone camp at the moment, mickey harte hinted at retirement last season, never a good sign. The tyrone players looked disspirted and beaten long before the final whistle and didnt want to be there, they reminded me of kerry in the semi final of '03. Tyrone at the moment are light years of the intensity they bought to the game v kerry '03,armagh and kerry '05, a level they need to be at to win the big games in my opinion.

Ok, I'm a bit more awake now! Have been reading the reviews, overall it's looking like a strange League - teams with very topsy-turvy form (except Donegal & Kerry) Seems like Cork didnt really "turn up" on the night, so it wasnt any contest Tyrone look like they havent settled down at all yet, but talk of crisis is nonsense, it will just be more motivation for them. No doubt they are not unbeatable, but I think they will be more dangerous as underdogs. Their returning players will take time to settle back in & find form

The results at the weekend were all a bit strange. Fortunately or unfortunately I couldn't go to Parnell Park at the weekend, only heard the game on the radio. But from what I could make out, a lot of Corks players didn't play as well as they normally would. I hope the trouble with Billy's ban isn't having an adverse effect on them. Hopefully they can win the rest of the games or a lot of serious questions will have to be asked.

Then they just collapse like this. It really is unexplainable unless billy was flogging them up mountains on Friday night. My theory is they get jumpy when they reach the Red Cow Roundabout
