I give up so! I mean I come on here and be nice to ye. (and the few who venture over to Rebelgaa.com) And this is how ye treat me and my county?! I mean I have shouted for ye against Armagh and Tyrone... it took me a while to come to terms with it but I decided the devil you know is better then the devil you don't. I know, I'm a disgrace to Cork people everywhere.

A kerry-cork final would be a novelty as would dublin v meath or galway v mayo.
Its crazy that the provincial system has stopped it happening............
Crazy also that Cork and Tipp never met in a hurling final despite having won about 60 per cent of all finals between them.
Thats mad ted!

Does anyone else think that the kerry-cork rivalry has dropped in recent years due to the fact that they have not been competitive with us. They may have caught us in munster but i was never move confident walking into croker for the semi final. Our record in the last 10 years against them must be spectacular. Reminds me of Man u vs City. Its a massive deal for City but Utd view Arsenal, liverpool and chelsea as bigger games much as we look at Armagh, Tyrone and even the dubs.

Cork are always capable of beating us on a one off in Cork or Killarney.
Asking them to hop on a train and go all the way to dublin and do it there............. well........they dont seem to be able to do that at the moment. Maybe its the "Croke Park" thing. When they get more used to it they may take us in Croker. I agree that the "Back door" has taken the edge of the munster finals

Losing to anyone in an All-Ireland final is unbearable. If I had a choice between losing to Cork or to Tyrone in this year's All-Ireland final, I think I'd prefer losing to Cork. Although I'd prefer to be knocked out by Waterford in the 1st round than either of those scenarios. Losing to Cork in an All-Ireland final would be bad but not having beaten Cork in a Munster final in Killarney since 1986 is even worse.

No. I definitely could not get over losing to Tyrone again. The dubs would be full of sh*te but bearable.

Mickmack I'd be with you with the Dublin thing! The crowd up the North take no notice of us so losing to them wouldn't make me lose too many nights sleep. Losing to Kerry... well if I wasn't used to that at this stage I'd never be used to it. Still feel sh^te for a few weeks afterwards.

Kerrygold, you've a choice so between Tyrone or Cork, who would it be?! I presume you'd prefer to beat Tyrone but who would be worse to lose to?

tricky one abue, both thoughts fill me with horror and and a sickly feeling,i proberly could cope with a tyrone defeat after a week of guinness, both cork to beat us in an all-ireland final,na i couldnt handle that one really,no tablets would be strong enough.

Hey Aboo, sure yer well-used to losing against us as well, especially after that 9 points hammering recently. Losing to Tyrone or Armagh again is not an option, I wont hear of it, I wont read of it, I wont see it! "Man, this just will not stand - The Dude will not accept this - that aul cup really tied the town together."
Losing to Kerry? I just blot it out, and think of.........Wolfman Dully cracking in that brilliant goal in April 1987...........Mmmmmmmmm. I suppose you're not the worst lot to lose to, ye stick around for the postmortem, and ye rub it in with humour, but you're a shower of rough poxy animals!
The best part of a good rivalry is the banter before & after, whatever the result. As long as we win ;D

To me it's not really any particular county that I hate losing to (except Cork and Tyrone!) it's the manner of defeat that cracks me up.
The semi-final against Tyrone was hard to take and of course the final against Armagh.
