Piggy, it's easy to see how someone could get confused when you let out a load of letters in your word.

Just think of the logistics. 11 teams - each with 1 player on the team (which is normally how this thing goes)
That gives the management the right to choose 4 players. . . although they might if lucky be allowed pick their own subs. However the politics would probably dictate that you can only sub a player with a player from the same club :-)
Maybe if you told the Feale Rangers players that if they won the County Championship they could engrave the medals with "North Kerry Championship Winners" they might pull together :-)

Id spose shannon rangers will be made up of mostly tarbert and beale players with colin and martin (mos) mahony from ballydonohue in there too. Its awful to see the likes of ballylongford and ballydonahue not playing so well at the moment. Whats there story? Do they not have the interest or what? Mad for drink id say

Beale seem to be putting in a big effort over the past few months. it'll be very interesting to see how they react now that they're out of the Championship.

if all the teams in north kerry trained like they did for the n.k championship they'd do savage in the county championship!

thats true piggy, but as i'm sure you realsie it is very difficult to train extremely hard and keep the players interested from Jan to Dec. here in lies the problem. most kerry clubs start training in jan and slacken of once they are knocked out of county championship. many nk teams start in Aug for nk Championship

This should never be allowed to happen. As it is the county championship is anti town and anti club. How could this be improved if one team had to play the pick of 12 clubs. Common sense tells me 1 against 12 is'nt fair!!!!!!

I think people would be afraid of this North Kerry side if the joined. How many clubs involved in South Kerry selection? East Kerry? West Kerry? Mid Kerry?
