In the 2006 semi final between armagh and kerry the armagh maor uisce got tangled with galvin. galvin got sent off. the armagh maor uisce got booked.
In the crokes v crossmaglin replay the maor uisce is accused of intimidating subs from the crokes.
Is this part of the brief of the maor uisce and if so why is it only armagh maor uisces that do their job properly?
After all........ he is an official!

A Maor Uisce sat in front of me last saturday night and hardly budged for the 70 minutes. I was late in and sat in the front row of the stand. Couldnt have imagined him doing too much damage in the heat of battle.
Seriously though, they should not be ex players or panelists. I think neutrals would be best but I know some managers really oppose this.

And ,if I'm not mistaken Mickmack, that semifinal Maor Uisce was none other than John McEntee !!

I am pretty sure it was John Toal the former Armagh footballer who suffered a horrific knee injury and is basically trying to rebuild his leg and get back playing. Either way they should be nuetral in an ideal world.

Galvin would have tested his leg and his balls if he had got close enough to him!! I mean 'his balls' in a methorphorical since Admin!

galvin did get close to him and he fcuked him out over the sideline by the scruff of the neck,i thought he was entitled to do so seeing as a non player came onto the pitch and started interfering with the proceedings.
