The Kerry GAA Website is back in operation.
The site was closed after last year’s All-Ireland Final. It will take a few weeks to complete the updating of the information and the county asks visitors to the site to be patient until it is fully operational.
The discussion forum will remain closed until arrangements are fully in place for its contents to be monitored on a round the clock basis because traffic on the forum embraces all time zones throughout the globe.

Its hard not to concur with the above sentiments,5 months is a very long time to be shut down.
The members of the old forum to person were all decent skins whom all loved just to talk football and gaa related matters.
its easy have to have a cut at supporters in the media by certain elements in relation to events that accured at a match during the summer when their medium of dicussion and debate was unceromoniously pulled from under their feet.
just a thought, who would you have more respect for, those who follow the team around the country all year or those who couldnt be bothered driving 70 or 80 miles to cork to support the team on a mad hot summers day when the kerry beaches were more appealing. Maybe the wrong people were targeted. Those who follow all year are the ones that can see whats going on the most.

5 months is indeed a very very long time to be shut down - it wouldn't have been so bad if they had only bloody informed us of what was going on.
