crokes are through to the final on paddys day in croker.
you wouldnt right them off either v cross,it should be interesting.
The three kerry clubs are in the final now, some achievement in fairness.Interestingly not one of the three clubs come from the south kerry area, home of the last 3 county champions.that must say something about the standard of club football in kerry.
throw in kerry being all-ireland senior champions, junior champions, minor beaten finalists after a replay, national league champions and the u21 losing in a replay to the eventual losing all-ireland finalist cork and some people in kerry will tell you that kerry football is falling back. And why?,all because tyrone beat us in an all-ireland final, the sky is falling in.

True Kerrygold. This really is a golden age for Kerry football. We are winning all round and a huge amount of players are getting experience of big day football which has to be good going forward. Thought the crokes were impressive on Saturday. I had written off whoever came out of this game against Crossmaglen but now i think they have a chance. Bernard Flynn made the point that crokes could win if the gooch and brosnan stay close to goal. I don't think they can afford to play brosnan that far forward though. He makes a massive difference around the centre back/midfield area.

throw in the minor and u21 success in the 90's and it has been great dozen seasons or so.
i'd be thinking the same myself as regards the crokes, its a pity they cant play bros full forward.
cross have won 3 out of 3 finals,on the law of averages that might change soon, crokes will give it a blast i'd say.

Cross have to be favourites: look at how many Armagh players they have in fairness.
That said Crokes will give it a right rattle: it will suit them to be underdogs.
If you look at the fact they couldnt win the county in Kerry for the last two years (and if they are honest they didn't deserve to win it) but can still get to an All Ireland final it shows you the quality of football here.

Crokes will need the BROSNAN EXPRESS comimg steaming through the middle the next day. ....... Is Brosnan being wasted by Crokes? The Gooch/Brosnan combo is worth 6 points surely
