It could be Owenabue...I wonder what odds you'd get on that? It'd be against my religion to back against Kerry though so even at 66/1, I couldn't square it with my conscience. Backing against Cork though is another matter!....I had Limerick backed when they beat Cork in Pairc Ui Chaoimh a few years ago..can't see Tipp causing an upset though. Waterford I'm afraid are more likely to push us close as long as we're up to it mentally, we should be fine.

I'm sure both Waterford and Tipp will be well up for beating us. I would just be worried that Cork or Kerry might be thinking these games are just a formality.

Tis tough on waterford being landlocked in a province like munster I think you mean Tipp . I've definitely gone for a few walks on Waterford beaches and I don't think they were artificial.

Jo90, think it was a dig at our Leinster friend. I could be wrong but I think he meant Waterford were unlucky to be in Munster cos they would have a better chance in another province.

I hope Kerry dont approach the game with the attitude that they will hammer them piggy. We cant get overly cockey it does not suit us and every game has to be approached with hunger passion but above all I hope to see a serious reduction in yellow cards and that they will hold their heads. No more messing.

If I could I'd make it back for it!! LOL! If I was at home, I'd certainly be going!
We should beat them alright lads, but we should definitely not overlook them, they will be tough! Joan is right, we need to reduce the yellow cards (and red cards) and be careful not to let them rise us! As football goes we are a lot better, but we are getting there too physically! Hopefully this will be the start of the road to back to back All-Irelands!!!
GO ON THE KINGDOM!!

i was out at the kerry-laois challenge game last night in limerick and wasn't impressed by what i saw to be honest. i think kerry won by about 5 or 6 points in the end but that was only cos we got 3 goals in the last 5 minutes! laois look a decent side and with young tierney and quigley in their forwards as well as beano and munnelly they gave the kerry backs a good rattling. dara o se and garvan were boxing each other at every given opportunity midfield and dara ended up being sent off! quill and mike frank were very average in the first half and when gooch and paul connor came on at half time kerry looked much better off. declan sullivan started full but was brought out centre at half time when donaghy came on and didnt look bad at number 11. mike quirke i thought was excellent midfield as well. darren sullivan looked lively in the first half and got a super goal when he burnt his man with unreal pace. other than that kerry looked ordinary enough
