I am paying no attention to the hurling til the quarter finals in august.
There are only 8 hurling counties anyway so they will all make it thru bar say laois or offaly.

I know the strife between Tony C and Davy Fitz (not good for Davy's dad Pat who is county board secretary!!) but what's the story in Cork?

wayne sherlock hasnt been recalled either. waterford look like the settled form team in munster, going into the all-ireland series as munster and league champions might just give them the extra confidence they need.Brian corcorans comments in his book about waterford might come back to haunt cork yet. Waterford winning the liam mccarthy cup would be a big boost for hurling.

Cork would want to improve a good bit on what I saw yesterday if they want to get to the quarter final. Although I didn't watch the whole game.... it goes against my religion.

think Cork took the foot off the pedal abit when they went 10 or 11 pts up!Gererd McCarty will be happy because he'll have stuff to work on in training with the team now and will be able to keep the players focused!
